    Job Description

    JOB TITLE: Customer Service Inventory Representative

    LOCATION: Anaheim, CA

    COMPENSATION: $16/hr.

    JOB TITLE: Customer Service Inventory Representative

    The Customer Service Inventory Representative will be responsible for promoting all available PI, HOA, and individual owner rental inventory to maximize usage and revenues. Its function is to support and supplement corporate rental and exchange activity. You will be assisting the Inventory Manager in obtaining annual yield management goals of 100% inventory occupancy and optimization. You’ll assist and working closely with both the Exchange Manager and the Digital Marketing Representative in their responsibilities and duties during their absence.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Check emails throughout the day, and respond to offers, complete invoices for bookings, process payments, and send confirmation for bookings.
    • Create an available main list, red hotlist, and special promotion lists for wholesale, which includes sending them to your wholesale contacts.
    • Run inbound reports, Process each affiliate confirmation, and file each electronically daily.
    • Run weekend arrival reports and the upcoming weekend report to reassure smooth check in’s for all incoming guests.
    • Run and update the Wholesale and Hot Week report and send it to the appropriate recipients in the Anaheim and Las Vegas offices.
    • Cover phones for the Reservation Agents while agents are in a meeting or as needed.
    • Cover Exchange Manager during absence and respond to time-sensitive emails on their behalf.
    • As requested assist with updating or adding information to their Platinum Interchange website.
    • Assist with ideas, help create promotions for Facebook, and email blasts for excess inventory, that may be expiring.
    • Respond to reviews on all applicable review platforms (Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Google)
    • Gather guest survey feedback and send it to appropriate parties for review.
    • Answer phones to provide assistance to the booking group.
    • Enter reservations for yearly bulk bookings.

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School diploma or GED
    • 1+ year experience in Customer Service experience
    • Inbound Call Center a plus
    • Booking experience a plus
    • Experience with MS Office and Data Entry Skills
    • Great Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Must pass/clear criminal background and drug screening.
