    Our ideal candidate:

    You are a highly collaborative, talented, and motivated analytical chemist (or equivalent) with a strong understanding of modern analytical methods and instrumentation. You thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment and are looking for an opportunity to work alongside leaders in the field of targeted protein degradation, where you are empowered to enable drug discovery programs and explore new aspects of this compelling science.

    Responsibilities – Analytical Chemistry (75%)

    • Demonstrate proficiency in analytical chemistry and maintain a high level of productivity in the laboratory setting
    • Maintain the operability of analytical instrumentation
    • Independently perform analytical method development and troubleshooting (i.e. HPLC, LCMS)
    • Assist medicinal chemists with challenging purifications
    • Help build the analytical chemistry capabilities to successfully analyze a variety of samples and formats
    • Work within laboratory safety policies and practices
    • Clearly and effectively communicate ideas and results (both verbally and in writing)
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Responsibilities – Compound Management (25%)

    • Upload new compound registration data and order compound source plates on a weekly basis
    • Archive small sets of powder samples on a weekly basis

    Qualifications:

    • MS in (analytical) chemistry and 5+ years of relevant employment experience, or BS in chemistry and 8+ years of relevant employment experience
    • Broad understanding of modern analytical methods and purification techniques (i.e. HPLC, LCMS; SFC a plus)
    • Excellent communication skills
