Today we are seeking a Neonatology Nurse Practitionerfor our client in Rock Hill, SC. NNP with at least 2 years NNP experience are encouraged to apply.
Their team provides Level III neonatology services. They are expanding to a team of 5 NNPs, 2 Pediatricians, PNPs and 4 board-certified Neonatologists from 4+ NNPs to 8+ NNPs to provide 24/7 coverage at both hospital locations.

Their average census in NICU is 18-20
-45 post-partum rooms
-Services include HFOV, INO, whole body cooling for HIE.
-Using their Pediatric Hospitalist Service, their team provides NBN coverage for >90% of all newborns born at Forsyth location, Level III NICU (Canton, GA)
-New Women’s Center opened in 2017
-The average census in NICU is 13-15 (this has doubled since 2020).
-16 NICU rooms including a Transition Nursery in NICU
-24 post-partum rooms
-Services include HFOV, iNO, EEG. Whole body cooling at Forsyth only
-Their team provides NBN coverage for 100% of all deliveries at the Cherokee location
-Dedicated NICU pharmacy, nutritionists, PT/OT for development, speech therapy for feeds, and NICU milk prep at both sites
-Easy access to pediatric sub-specialists such as cardiology, neurology (remote EEG), and ophthalmology, Peds radiology at both sites.
-NNP coverage is 24-hour shifts, 7-8 shifts per month
-NNPs work at both sites for scheduling flexibility
-The NNP's responsibilities will include NBN care in Newborn Nursery
-This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.

-Not accepting new graduate candidates - Current 2+ years of employment experience as a NNP (not including RN experience) is required.
-Must be a Board Certified Neonatal NP (cannot accept PAs, FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications) for this position.

Base Salary - USD $80,000 to $140,000 Yrly
