Job Description
Assist in consolidating, analyzing and communicating financial results for the assigned Fossil Station(s) Maintaining billing and invoicing records, reconciling issues with vendors, reconciling A/P issues, etc Data entry and back office support (payroll, administrative duties) Requisition processing and accounting approvals Collecting and preparing data for a variety of financial reports, correspondence and documentation, using (but not limited to) SAP and Excel. Miscellaneous duties as required. Basic Qualification: HS Diploma or equivalent Required Competencies: Oral and communication skills must be highly client focused Creative problem solving skills Must be proficient in PC applications such as Excel & Word Candidate must foster an inclusive work environment and respect all aspects of diversity Successful candidate must demonstrate and value differences in others' strengths, perspectives, approaches, and personal choices Desired Qualifications and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Knowledge of Fossil Power plant Operations SAP Experience Ariba Experience
