Our company is expanding, and we are seeking experienced, energetic, creative, and open-minded individuals to join our sales team. The successful candidate’s duty and responsibilities revolve typically around networking with potential and current customers. Successful candidates will also have experience in a sales environment and knowledge of the marketing field.
Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective customers/clients.
Involve conducting cold calls, that is, calling people who have not indicated interest in his/her company’s products to win them over.
Demonstrate patience with customers or prospects and should have a warm and pleasant personality that customers can feel over the phone.
Conduct research on target companies and present effective customer service to facilitate new business relationships.
Build prospective customer list from business directories, colleagues in the industry, and industry contacts, to use as lead in recruiting new customers and making new sales.
Identify possible objections customers might have against purchasing company products and close more sales.
Maintain and develop good relationships with the company’s existing customers by ensuring regular contact with them through meetings, speaking with them on the phone, and communicating with them by email.
Open and grow new retail and wholesale accounts.
Pay visits to prospective customers in assigned locations to answer their questions and resolve whatever issues they may be having about the company’s products, and to ask for new orders.
Compile customer and market information useful for planning and executing sales.
Negotiate issues such as price variation, product delivery and specifications with managers.
Discuss special promotions with managers and provide advice on upcoming product design and development.
Collaborate with warehouse manager to ensure existing orders are delivered.
Document all order information and purchases and send copies to the manager at the close of work.
Periodically review sales achievements for the purpose of improving future performance.
Strive towards having a better understanding of customers and their requirements to be able to advise them in making better purchasing decisions.
Ensure cost calculations are accurate and provide quotations and credit terms to customers.
Introduce company’s new products to customers while emphasizing products’ strongest features.

Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year
