    Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

    Job Summary:

    An Outside Sales Representative is responsible for actively prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining relationships with clients or customers to sell a company's products or services. They work in the field, meeting clients in person, and may be required to travel extensively to meet sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    Identify and research potential clients or customers in the designated territory. Generate leads through various means, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

    Product Knowledge:

    Stay up to date on product or service offerings, industry trends, and competitors' products to effectively communicate their advantages to clients.

    Market Research:

    Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

    Sales Presentations:

    Conduct in-person meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Tailor presentations to address any customer questions or objections.

    Negotiation and Closing Deals:

    Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements. Close sales deals and obtain customer commitments.

    Account Management:

    Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing clients. Encourage new prospects to sign accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

    Customer Service:

    Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Achieving Sales Targets:

    Set and achieve sales targets and quotas as defined by the company.Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.

    Travel:

    Travel to meet clients within the designated sales territory, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    · Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar outside sales role.

    · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    · Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.

    · Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

    · Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

    · A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    · Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.

    · Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    · C-store, vape and tobacco knowledge is preferred.

    · Background in B2B sales is preferred.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $4,200 per month plus commission

    Benefits: Health insurance PTO

    Schedule: Monday to Friday

    Supplemental pay types:

    Commission pays.

    Ability to commute/relocate: Charlotte, NC. Reliably commute or planning to relocate 100 miles within the Charlotte area before starting work (Required)
