**Position Summary: **

The Nephrology Nurse Practitioner will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative and supportive Nephrology team. This clinic-based position focuses on outpatient follow-up visits, managing a diverse panel of patients with both routine and complex nephrology needs. The NP will work closely with supervising Nephrologists, specialty colleagues, and support staff to ensure continuity of care, patient education, and adherence to best practices in nephrology management.

Required Experience

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in California
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Nephrology experience preferred but not required—team will provide training
• Open to new graduates

Certification Preferred

Minimum 3 Years Experience - Prefer Ortho and ophthalmology Experience
