The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for guiding patients through their treatment plans, providing financial options, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

_ Responsibilities_

• Educate patients on their treatment options and financial responsibilities
• Collect and verify insurance information
• Create treatment plans and estimates for patients
• Communicate treatment plans and financial information to patients in a clear and compassionate manner
• Schedule appointments for recommended treatments
• Follow up with patients to ensure they understand and are comfortable with their treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with dental providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
• Help maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Strong sales and presentation skills are required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
