JOB SUMMARY:
Sales Advisors will start by learning how to self generate then close their own solar prospects. Once Sales Managers have demonstrated a mastery of our program, we will help them build, maintain and grow a team of Solar Advisors. Sales Managers generate qualified appointments with homeowners. They will lay out a custom presentation and discuss options to make their homes more energy efficient and produce clean, renewable solar energy. Sales Managers are expected to one call close these appointments by creating value and urgency. Working with leadership, Sales Managers will monitor metrics of each individual Advisor and the metrics of the team as a whole.
