Our Nerds happily provide onsite service at the customer’s location or customers can drop by our service center. The Customer Specialist(CS) is a key member of the NerdsToGo team!
The Customer Specialist is often the first point of contact for customers and plays an important role in introducing customers to the NerdsToGo brand and the services we offer. The CS must ensure NerdsToGo customers are assisted in a prompt and friendly manner and that all their questions and concerns are addressed to their satisfaction. The CS will work with the customer directly to schedule appointments and answer general questions, concerns, and problems. The CS must communicate effectively in person and by telephone, email, snail mail, and digitally.
Duties Include
Provide exceptional customer service to every customer
Answer inbound calls generated from our marketing and advertising activities
Communicate effectively to collect information from the customer and provide accurate and necessary information to the customer
Schedule service calls using our field service management software
Provide friendly, courteous customer service to customers and Nerds
Support franchise owner with sales, marketing, and daily operations activities
Requirements
Minimum one year of customer service with some technical background. A positive attitude, good PC skills, and a clear speaking voice are a must.
