Your Role & Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks & Engagement:
Proactively manage communications, addressing client concerns and emails promptly.
Execute targeted outreach efforts to grow our client base, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses.
Harness lead management tools, including platforms like Apollo, for tasks such as lead list uploads, contact validation, and customized messaging.
Enhance our brand presence and client relationships through networking events and community engagements like on-site client discoveries and business card exchanges.
Foster an active online brand identity by creating impactful social media content and promptly responding to online reviews.
Consistently update and manage prospect and lead progress, ensuring smooth transition from initial engagement to closing.
Core Responsibilities:
Introduce SMBs to our locally outsourced IT solutions, highlighting our distinct value proposition and generating fresh leads.
Fortify NerdsToGo’s community footprint in the Lafayette, LA area through marketing material distribution and relationship-building.
Conduct captivating email marketing campaigns to attract and engage new leads.
Collaborate with the Nerd team to ensure seamless customer service experiences, effective queue management, and efficient supply order processes.
Promptly address inquiries coming through diverse channels, such as Google, phone calls, and our website.
Essential Qualifications:

Desirable Expertise:
