You will be responsible for effectively promoting our lending solutions, building trust with clients, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to match their financial requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target industries and develop strategies to penetrate those markets effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in prospective client organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of Neru Lending's lending solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and customer support, to ensure a seamless onboarding process for clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
