Job Description
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional visual design aesthetic, as well as a high curiosity for cross channel design that is on-brand, on-strategy and gets measurable results—across web pages, Facebook and banner ads, social graphics, email, video, print and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn to design for Facebook ads, web and mobile pages, social ads, email
- Design infographics and whimsical illustrations
- Evolve key brand elements, including web and email templates and icon library
- Learn to problem solve through design
- Work with the Content, Marketing and UX teams to concept and define engaging, results-driven creative and multi-channel campaigns that improve our customer experiences
- Gain understanding of branding and direct marketing principles
- Design and produce occasional offline communications, including packaging
- Help direct photoshoots and coordinate with outside photographers
