    **Job Title:**Industrial Electrician- Offshift

    Seeking a motivated Industrial Electrician to join our team. Responsible forthe safe and efficient maintenance and repair of facility electrical equipment. This position performs installation, monitoring, maintenance, repair, and/or design modification of high-tech distributed manufacturing and industrial process control systems.

    What You’ll Accomplish:

    • Repair, replace and install sensors, actuators, transformers, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, electric eyes, conduit systems, switches, defective writing, etc.
    • Troubleshoot, repair, replace PLC’s, Servo and Frequency Drives and related electronic hardware
    • Disassembles, inspects, reassembles, troubleshoots, repairs and replaces malfunctioning parts or equipment (motors, switches, sensors, input /output boards, controller’s servos, gears, sprockets chains, knives, etc. using test equipment
    • Use blueprints and wiring diagrams to plan and execute electrical repairs and installations
    • Train others on job tasks of this role

    Requirements:

    • EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE- **Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)**and 5 years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience. Proficiency in electrical skills: PLC programing, electrical circuits, schematics, servo motors, and familiarity with 460/220 3 PH wiring.

    Skills:

    • LANGUAGE SKILLS- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine repots and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with groups or employees of the organization.

    • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

    • REASONING ABILITY

    • - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram or schedule form.
