Position Requirements

Mandatory

7 + years of electronic data-processing systems study, design, and programming (including 4 + years in a lead role)

Bachelor’s degree (or an additional 4 years of qualifying experience)

Full-time availability starting late June 2025 and work runs through March 2027

Remote work permitted anywhere in the continental U.S. (no offshore)

Highly Preferred (these quals are scored as part of Job )

Current OutSystems certification (Professional Web Developer, Web Developer Specialist, or Expert Reactive Web Developer)

5 + years building and configuring solutions on OutSystems

5 + years designing dashboards and reports within OutSystems

5 + years architecting web-service API integrations

3 + years integrating with IAM solutions (Okta, Entra ID, Ping, etc.)

3 + years developing accessible solutions compliant with WCAG 2.x / Section 508
