Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Location Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for 15-20 openings at a time
• Recruiting for positions such as Electricians, Carpenters, Plumbers, Building Engineers, Custodians, Groundkeepers, etc
• The recruiter will be responsible for HEAVY documentation and detailed notes for every process step.
• Sourcing tools are USC's internal applicant tracking system, scheduling system, and LinkedIn Recruiter

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting for skilled labor positions
• Ideally, the candidate will have corporate or In-house recruiting experience
• Candidates must have experience with heavy documentation on every step of the recruitment process and follow up with the hiring manager(s) to obtain their interview notes.
