Job Title: Recruiter Location Minneapolis, MN/Denver, CO Duration: 6+ Months RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
• Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates.
• Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager.
• Assists in negotiating salaries, making offers and conducting orientation for new hires.
• Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.
• Able to understand and advance company's compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.
• Ability to work with all levels within an organization including senior management/executives.
• Works with general direction regarding tasks to be performed while possessing a drive to succeed and work independently.

QUALIFICATION:

• We are looking for someone who has five years or less of recruiting experience either on the operations, corporate or agency side.
• This person will be hiring for our operations area, so if the candidate has any engineering, gas, plant operations, or customer service recruiting experience, that would be a plus.
• We currently use Success Factors -Talent Connect as an ATS.
• Anyone with this experience is a plus as well.
• Handling high volume req load a plus. Sourcing experience a plus. ATS experience a plus. BS preferred.
