Job Description

We will provide free online training and placement for Business Analyst. The BUSINESS ANALYST is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization, and to recommend automated solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. The role has expertise and a generalized understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Responsible for business requirements, definition and documentation for new and changed application deliverables.
• Understand, review, analyze and evaluate business needs.
• Act as a liaison between business partners and IT development team.
• Scope, elicit, analyze and document business requirements for both new and existing applications using a variety of techniques and tools.
• Define and manage the scope of projects throughout the SDLC anticipating issues and proactively recommending solutions.
• Coordinate and collaborate across business and technology functions to ensure comprehensive solutions are delivered.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 0-1 year of experience 
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Analysis and problem solving skills
• Self-starter – Eager to learn new things
