TRE HELP DESK TIER 1 (CINCINNATI OH)

NetGain Technologies is seeking qualified candidates for Full-Time Employment on our Tactical Remote Engineering Team and Helpdesk to sit in our Cincinnati office. The Tactical Remote Engineer (TRE) is a very high-profile position with the primary responsibilities of providing remote services to NetGain Technologies managed service clients. The position requires the use of excellent coordination and communication skills. The Tactical Remote Engineer is responsible for clear and consistent communications with NetGain Technologies personnel and NetGain Technologies client contacts.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

Saturday/Sunday 6am-6pm, Monday/Tuesday 6am-3[m

Monday-Friday 8-5pm

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience in end-user support (Windows client OS, Microsoft Office)
• Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
• Support network-related technologies, including LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN
• Active Directory – Account Creation, Permissions, etc.
• Office 365 support

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to walk customers/peers through technical troubleshooting steps by breaking them down at a very low level
• Exhibit a high degree of professionalism, judgment, and tact
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude toward peers and customers
• Focus on documenting known fixes of known problems with their resolution in a detailed manner.
