The Net Ops Specialist Mid will oversee the infrastructure and network operation for the customer. The NetOps Specialist Mid will plan, implement, and operate network services/systems, to include hardware and virtual environments and be responsible for responding appropriately to alerts and events.
A Secret clearance is required for eligibility for this position.

Required Experience
-5+ years of experience overseeing incident resolution and ensuring appropriate response to escalations.
-Coordinate infrastructure repairs including directing remote activities to ensure continuity for service delivery.
-Review root cause analysis documentation to address performance management and incident correlation issues.
-Monitor the infrastructure and network by responding appropriately to alerts and events.
-Respond to incidents from triage through resolution, including escalations, where appropriate.
-Respond to infrastructure repairs, including directing remote activities to maintain operational effectiveness for services.
-Provide root cause analysis documentation in accordance with Government procedures.
-Provide data center support where appropriate. Document daily shift activities in appropriate reporting and ticketing tools and ensure proper pass down of any outstanding issues.
-Provide incident notification to Government representatives.
Certification Requirements :
-Must possess one of the following certifications:
-Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) network support certification
-Operating System (OS)/Application Certification such as Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA)
-Network+, Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA),
-Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
Preferred certification:
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching.
