We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-house position located in our Ocala, Florida offices.

We are only looking for people interested in working at our Ocala location to help us build a collaborative culture that creates exciting new solutions that help our clients succeed online.

Responsibilities and Duties

What are the Job Duties?

• This position will give you the opportunity to work with both clients and our internal team on projects involving organic Social Media and paid Social Media Campaigns.
• You will help not only in the creation of new campaigns but in the ongoing monthly process of analyzing results and continuous change and improvement to assist our customers in growing their online presence.
• You will write social media content, create blog posts, and consult with clients as you work together to maximize their Social Media and paid marketing campaigns.

Other job duties include:

• Developing and scheduling social media campaigns and coordinating customer interaction on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and other social outlets
• Planning and managing paid social ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more
• Social content creation
• Blog article copy writing
• Continuously staying current on Social Media trends
• Market Analysis and Competitive Research
• Online Marketing campaign strategy development
• Email marketing campaigns
• Ad Retargeting campaigns
• Remarketing Campaigns

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be available to work in our Ocala, FL office
• Must be fully authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship of a work visa
• Experience in managing paid social campaigns
• A degree in journalism or marketing, or experience in Social Media Marketing
• Have strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
• Must be able to follow a strategic process
• Have great communication skills - written, telephone, and in person
• Ability to communicate with clients for the purposes of planning, reporting and follow-up
