Position Summary
We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join our Advanced Nutrients team. In this role, you are the global owner and primary subject matter expert for the company's ERP platform. This position supports business operations across Canada, the United States, and Spain, ensuring that Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales team operate efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate possesses both technical expertise and business process acumen to drive automation, date integrity, and scalability across regions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Utilize an ITSM ticketing tool to track, prioritize, and resolve all NetSuite-related support requests company-wide.
- Own and administer the global NetSuite ERP system, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
- Manage and optimize workflows, roles, saved searches, custom records, permissions, and reporting structures.
- Connect and maintain the manufacturing process (Work Orders, BOMs, Routings), Finance, and Inventory processes to ensure accurate transactional flow through the General Ledger and subledgers.
- Partner closely with Finance, Sales (CRM), Supply Chain, and Operations leadership to align NetSuite configuration with business objectives and continuously improve process efficiency.
- Evaluate current processes, recommend and implement changes to increase automation and eliminate redundancies or manual steps.
- Lead data governance efforts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of system data, including prevention of duplicates, broken workflows, or misaligned GL mappings.
- Translate departmental needs into functional and technical requirements for IT and development teams.
- Build and maintain actionable dashboards, KPIs, and reports customized for department and role-level insights.
- Manage and oversee all NetSuite integrations with third-party systems, ensuring synchronization and data consistency across platforms.
- Act as project manager for system upgrades, new module implementations, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, processes, and workflows.
- Support change management, including communication, prioritization, testing, and end-user training.
- Collaborate globally with IT and business stakeholders to deliver cross-functional improvements and scalable architecture
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of NetSuite administration experience in a global, multi-entity environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel both domestic and international as required to support business operations and deployments across Canada, United States and Spain.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with CRM and logistics platforms integrated with NetSuite to streamline and support end-to-end business operations (e.g., Copper CRM, URoute, or equivalent systems).
- Demonstrate experience with NetSuite manufacturing operations (Work Orders, BOMs, Routings).
