Job Title: NetSuite Administrator

Job Summary: The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for administration, configuration, and enhancement of our NetSuite ERP system, with a focus on leveraging Celigo integration or direct integrations to streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite administration, with a deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Management:
  • Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Perform regular system health checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Configuration and Customization:
  • Configure NetSuite modules and features to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and reports.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements and customizations.
• Training and Documentation:
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for users on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Celigo Integration Management:
  • Configure, monitor, and manage Celigo integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify integration needs and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, bugs, and performance issues.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with NetSuite releases and industry best practices.
  • Proactively identify areas for system improvement and optimization.
  • Participate in projects to implement new features and capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP functionalities, including financial management, procurement and order management.
• Hands-on experience with Celigo integrator.io and integration flows, or comparable platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data integration tools and techniques is a plus.
• Experience with accounting best practices is a plus.
• Experience with EDI is a plus.
• NetSuite and Celigo certifications are preferred but not required.

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location with reliable internet access within the United States. You will spend extended periods at a computer, so a comfortable and ergonomic workspace is essential. We provide the necessary tools and support to ensure a productive and collaborative virtual work experience. Additionally, the company holds quarterly all-hands meetings in California, which you would be expected to travel to and attend in person.
