    Girikon is looking at hiring “NetSuite Business Systems Analyst” with the following job description:

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to NetSuite ERP and adjacent systems.

    Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

    Support NetSuite modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and others as needed.

    Work with development and integration teams to support NetSuite customizations, scripts, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.

    Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, process flows, test cases, and user manuals.

    Support NetSuite upgrades, UAT testing, and change management initiatives.

    Perform data analysis, build custom reports and saved searches, and support financial reporting needs.

    Support day-to-day end-user questions or requests.

    Drive user training and support onboarding for new processes or systems.

    Work on different projects including Integrations, Acquisitions, Migrations.

    Qualifications:

    6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite.

    Deep understanding of NetSuite modules (Fixed Assets, Finance, Procurement etc.).

    Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional design, and workflow optimization.

    Familiarity with Coupa, Logisense, Keka, UKG and/or integrations is a plus.

    Proficiency in building Saved Searches, custom dashboards, and financial reports.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

    Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.

    Bachelor’s Degree with good GPA in Computer Science or equivalent field.
