    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    We are seeking a Technical Support member to join our small software support team. 

    REQUIRED:

    If you are a 2022 Computer Sciences graduate, we encourage you to apply.

    • Minimum of a recent two-year degree in Computer Science or technical school with recently achieved IT certifications
    • The ideal candidate should enjoy working with numbers and have a knack for diving deep into technical and or data issues to resolve them out quickly.
    • Some experience supporting end-users in a business-to-business support environment is also very helpful
    • Education involving coding, programming, and or use of databases is helpful but not necessary
    • Must be a creative problem finder/solver who anticipates risks and opportunities, and maintains a vision for continuous improvement.

    Additionally, the candidate must possess good judgment, maturity, and tact; be dependable, responsible and maintain confidentiality; be a proactive self-starter and demonstrate initiative in problem solving; be able to work quickly and harmoniously with others in a team-based environment.

    WORK HOURS: Mon-Fri, 8AM - 4:30 PM, but may vary slightly as our business continues to grow. Some on-call responsibility, which is rotated amongst the team once the individual is fully trained.
