Netsave.com is an early-stage Social Commerce Startup connecting users locally within their community. We are growing our team and seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join our team as a potential Lead Engineer. Ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Experiences: 10+ Yrs professional experience as FS JavaScript Software Engineer with extensive & proven technical knowledge in Node.JS, React.JS, React Native (Functional Components), TypeScript (Required)
- Added expertise as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred
- Additional Required skills and abilities:
- Be ready to demonstrate exceptional technical competency, creativity, and proven experiences in multiple technologies with stronger basis to further learn more advanced technological innovations as an avid learner along with being a free and big-picture thinker
- Independence: Be able to work independently with integrity; have the adaptability to play different roles through the organization
- Be a team player with excellent communications skills and proven leadership experiences in working well with others and in leading software development team; be able to act as an effective mentor to Junior level or less experienced software engineers by involving them to adapt well and develop their technical competencies
- Possess business strategy sense in addition to the technical side of things to match the overall tech strategies by demonstrating the understanding of the startup business functions
- Having superb organizational skills, and be ready/open to share our startup risks by embracing our purpose, vision and mission with the desire to grow through our leadership team
- Be always persistent and hungry to keep developing more & more without ever stopping with a good-enough attitude; must be consistently seeking to search for more of the most innovative and effective solutions until the startup needs are being met or surpassed...
