    Detailed Description

    The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team in the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for Netsync.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Support all aspects of executing marketing events, customer events, and partner sessions. This includes site selection, negotiating contracts, banquet orders, assigning speakers, ordering gifts/giveaways, off-site coordination of logistics, invitation development, emailing invitations, and tracking follow up activities to measure results of the event.
    • Assign leads to sales team through our CRM tool from executed marketing initiatives.
    • Track ROI from events to ensure campaign success.
    • File claims for reimbursement with technology partners.
    • Assist the Marketing team with the development of written content and the scheduling of posts for all social media outlets.
    • Update Netsync website news/job posts/event updates/social media (Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
    • Work with Accounting Department to accurately track the processing of claims and ensure prompt payment by our partners. This includes documenting charges with Accounting and filing claims with partner companies for reimbursement.
    • Update sales portal with partner information and updates and sales teams with marketing events.
    • Work with partners wo request documentation needed for bids, proposals or sales presentations such as Letters of Authorization, Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates and other needed documentation.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, as needed.
    • Perform any other tasks or related duties as assigned

    Additional Duties

    • Help to promote uniformity and consistency of brand.
    • Enforce brand marketing guidelines across multiple platforms.
    • Collaborate with Marketing team to provide design and direction for collateral, web, and other visual communications media for the company.

    Skills and Experience

    • Event planning experience preferred.
    • IT/computer industry experience preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience working with WordPress or web content preferred.
    • Email automation experience preferred.
    • CRM experience preferred.
    • Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign preferred.
    • Sales and marketing aptitude.
    • Highly creative, proactive, and self-motivated.
    • Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Professional appearance and attitude.
    • Detail oriented and superb organization skills.

    Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Educational Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in relevant field, preferably in marketing, public relations, communications, or journalism
