    PHYSICAL SECURITY CONSULTANT

    Netsync Network Solutions is looking for qualified individuals to fill the role of Solutions Architect, specializing in the design of complex Physical Security Solutions.  As a Solutions Architect, your specific job responsibilities will vary by client engagement, but focus primarily on technical pre sales support.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Design complex Physical Security solutions to help reduce a broad range of security issues for large variety of customer verticals, using the best technology solutions to meet specific business needs
    • Assist in the business development life cycle by serving as a Subject Matter Expert to identify and qualify current Physical Security offerings and validate emerging product offerings
    • Assist in the development of Physical Security sales positioning and go to market strategies and deliver sales enablement training to localized sales teams
    • Become the customer's trusted technical advisor on major projects for key accounts, and establish relationship with customer independent of the account manager
    • Maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with customer; interact at all levels within the customer organization
    • Discuss customer business goals, and provide evaluation and direction in both operational processes and technical architectures
    • Lead the development of formalized Physical Security solution methodologies and delivery strategies
    • Write proposals, reports, and general project documentation
    • Develop and maintain vendor relationships within the Physical Security Channel
    • Build and maintain a repository of deliverables, methodologies, and business development documents
    • Development of level of effort and cost estimations for completion of product solutions
    • Development of Statement of Work documentation for the completion of product solutions

    SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:

    TECHNICAL SKILLS:

    • Strong knowledge of Physical Security technology (Video Surveillance Management, IP Cameras, Analytics, Access Control solutions) and design of the most complex solutions across a broad range of customer verticals
    • Mastery of network protocols and design as it relates to Physical Security solutions
    • Mastery knowledge of Physical Security technology services and design of the most complex solutions across a broad range of customer verticals
    • Mastery knowledge of Physical Security solutions and the components and requirements for performing Upgrades to a solution
    • Strong ability to interpret customer challenges and issues around their Physical Security Solutions and be able to translate into integrated technical solutions
    • Broad-based technology understanding and competence in multiple technologies and solutions
    • Strong understanding of Network, Data Center, Collaboration, Network Security technologies and how they apply to the underlying Physical Security design

    PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

    • Ability to apply knowledge of sales strategies in behavior and communications throughout the duration of the sales cycle
    • Ability to work in complex situations and implement more creative solutions into their designs, and to proactively solve problems and suggest solutions

    LOCATION: Dallas, TX

    TRAVEL: ~25%

    EDUCATION: A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

    EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of advanced Physical Security design and implementation experience and customer facing solution-based selling. Proven work experience dealing with major customer accounts.

    CERTIFICATIONS: Physical Security multi-vendor and product technologies.  Must have certifications in major video surveillance, Access Control and IP camera solutions. (Salient, Milestone, Cisco, Axis, Hanwha Techwin, Panasonic, Identiv, AMAG and HID a plus). Working toward an industry certification, ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP).
