Detailed Description
Description: A RMA Administrator whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to day-to-day management of workload, interaction with Netsync technicians and administrators, engagement and case management of manufacturer support requests, maintenance of proper work tickets in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong working relationship with customer and team
- Interaction with Netsync Administration and Technicians
- Ensure maintenance of proper work tickets in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems
- Ensure service requests are proceeding properly
- Continued technical education in the networking and/or IT support fields
- Communicate efficiently and professionally with customers
- Network troubleshooting and issue assessment
- End user compute troubleshooting and issue assessment
- End user compute asset setup and configuration
Skills and Experience:
- Some IT industry experience supporting networks and/or end users
- Familiarity with service tickets and OEM warranty programs
Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements: Some familiarity and work history in end user support and/or networking
