Detailed Description

Description:   A Richardson ISD Warranty Technician for the duration of the Richardson ISD contract whose responsibilities will  include, but not be limited to day-to-day management of work load, laptop/desktop/printer triage and repair, interaction with Netsync warranty administrators, interaction with Richardson staff, maintenance of proper work tickets in RISD, Netsync and OEM systems   

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular and timely communications with RISD
• Maintain strong working relationship with customer and team
• Address all service calls in a timely manner
• Communicate issue and success to team manager
• Deployment and configuration of new and repurposed equipment
• Removal of decommissioned IT gear 
• Interaction with Netsync warranty operations
• Ensure maintenance of proper work tickets in RISD, Netsync and OEM systems
• Maintain inventory of parts

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 years IT industry experience
• Familiarity with Apple/PC operating systems and hardware
• Understanding of basic printer repair and configuration
• A+ Certification required

Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements: High school diploma or comparable and at least 1 year IT experience
