Position Overview
Essential Job Functions Technical Services - Customer
Perform & manage projects for servers, networks, cloud infrastructure & more
Engage with client as the “voice of the customer”
Design, install, troubleshoot, & maintain on-site and cloud infrastructure, network, server equipment, & other hardware & software
Communicate with clients to resolve problems, design infrastructure, assist with growth planning, and provide best practice analysis
Ensure client IT Security management with security team
Work with Customer Success Team to assist with formulating growth plans & recommend best practices for clients
Communicate with vendors & 3rd parties for clients
.Perform and oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades
Train clients to use hardware, software and other systems
Configure, maintain, monitor & back up servers & appliances
Provide technical support for customers - phone, remote and on-site
Provide emergency on-call service and support in rotating schedule with other colleagues
Technical Services & Responsibilities - Internal
IT support for personnel
Maintain ticketing, time and billing, scheduling and other internal business processes
Daily ticketing and time and billing entries
Attend scheduling/staff meetings as necessary
Calendar Management - Ensure proper priority is given to projects & service requests
Communication - Professional and timely communication with customers, vendors, 3rd parties, co-engineers, and management to consistently ensure projects & service requests are completely in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer
Position Requirements

Minimum 2-year Associate Degree in Computer/IT field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position
Client-focused with excellent verbal & written communication skills
Must have solid intimate experience with:
Firewall and network stack (wired and wireless) deployment and configuration
Microsoft Azure administration
Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory administration
Windows Server deployment, configuration, and administration
Server and workload migrations
Microsoft 365 migrations
Candidate will benefit from experience with VMWare, Hyper-V, Google Suite administration, Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, Teams
Preferred experience overall Cloud Services Administration, Managed IT Services, Autotask, Datto/Kaseya, Cisco Meraki
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Registered Vehicle & Valid Driver's License
Ability to lift 75 lbs., maximum
