Instead, we focus on personalized, high‑quality support delivered both remotely and onsite as needed. With a senior technician retiring after 26+ years, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and help carry forward our tradition of exceptional service.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator who can provide comprehensive technical support across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate is versatile, self‑motivated, and comfortable working directly with end users in both business and residential settings.

    This role involves a combination of troubleshooting, new system deployment, network and server maintenance, and customer-facing interaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide desktop and workstation support (Windows and macOS preferred)

    Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot servers (Windows Server, Active Directory, group policy, basic virtualization)

    Support, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless systems)

    Assist with cloud services administration (Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, etc.)

    Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite diagnosis, installation, and maintenance

    Deliver professional and courteous customer service in both business offices and customer homes

    Document work, maintain accurate records, and follow internal processes

    Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when appropriate

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    5+ years of professional IT support or network administration experience

    Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)

    Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V, VMware)

    Familiarity with cloud identity/security concepts (MFA, conditional access, IAM)

    Ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues across multiple environments

    Strong organizational and project management skills are a significant plus

    Excellent communication and customer-service skills
