Responsibilities:

Perform network management for devices/network (hubs, routers, switches, F5 load balancers, encryption devices) per SOPs.

Troubleshoot outages, perform add/move changes (e.g., IP address assignments, switch/router configurations), and maintain 24/7 availability.

Configure and maintain F5 load balancers and encryption devices.

Interface with vendors for hardware/software issue resolution.

Maintain daily operations logs and provide AARs for significant outages.

Handle trouble tickets, contributing to outage resolution AQL.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience with Cisco, F5, ViaSAT, and General Dynamics devices.

DoD 8570.01-M/8140 IA certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security).

Proficiency in network troubleshooting and configuration.

Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility (Tier 5 investigation, immediate SCI access).
