Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to support a complex, high-performance network spanning enterprise data centers and AWS cloud environments. This role is critical to maintaining 24x7x365 uptime, performance, and reliability across production and corporate networks.
Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and support enterprise and production network infrastructure
Troubleshoot incidents across LAN/WAN, data center, and AWS (VPC) environments
Maintain high availability and performance for mission-critical systems supporting global platforms
Configure and troubleshoot routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and redundancy protocols (HSRP, VRRP)
Support network hardware and security appliances, including Cisco and Juniper devices
Assist with firewall configuration and VPN connectivity (IPSec, SSL-VPN)
Support load balancing technologies such as F5 Big-IP (LTM/GTM)
Monitor network health using tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, Observium, Cacti, SNMP, and Syslog
Participate in on-call rotation and resolve high-priority production incidents
Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Partner with engineering teams on network upgrades, improvements, and automation initiatives
Qualifications
3–6+ years of experience in network administration or network operations
Strong experience with Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, ASA) and/or Juniper (SRX, M-series)
Strong knowledge of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
Hands-on routing and switching experience in enterprise environments
Working knowledge of firewalls and network security fundamentals
Experience supporting production environments with high uptime requirements
Familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools and operational best practices
Experience with AWS networking (VPC, routing, security groups, peering)
Exposure to load balancing (F5, Riverbed Zeus)
Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, Ansible) is a plus
