This is a 24 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).
Required Experience:- 60 months experience configuring and troubleshooting LAN Networking equipment in a complex networking environment of at least 1,000 remote endpoints that includes switches, routers/firewalls and VPN devices. This includes troubleshooting issues using protocol analysis tools (i.e. Wireshark) and conducting in-depth analysis on network data captures.
- 60 months of experience in network engineering, configuring and troubleshooting DMVPN, IPSEC, OSPF, and BGP to support secure enterprise connectivity.
- 60 months experience with Cisco hardware and Cisco IOS software in a complex TCP/IP environment including routing, port forwarding/NAT, VPN management.
- 60 months experience supporting and configuring wireless network equipment from vendors such as Cisco/Meraki, Ubiquiti, Aruba.
- 60 months experience working with network automation tools and scripting languages, such as Python and Ansible.
