    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • You will interact with our clients daily and provide technical triage
    • You will help define the impact and severity of the issue and determine the best course of action
    • You will work on the latest in security solutions for Antivirus, Email filtering, Web Content filtering, Encryption and Mobile Device Management
    • You will help our team identify recurring issues and how to solve them forever
    • You will obsess about documenting your work and writing scripts and processes
    • Configure, install and maintain IT users desktop software and hardware issues
    • Troubleshoot general network infrastructure problems (networking equipment, printers, PC/server hardware, etc.)
    • Perform onsite client visits to troubleshoot or install equipment
    • Process and address incoming service desk requests both onsite and remotely via email, phone or the support portal
    • Assist customers with technology-related moves/adds/changes
    • Troubleshoot PC/MAC issues remotely
    • Document solutions and develop end-user guidelines

    SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience with Autotask/Datto or other PSA/RMM tools is preferred
    • Set up and install new network equipment
    • Responsible for entering notes and time daily
    • Document and update installation, configuration, deployment and maintenance procedures
    • Provide after-hours on-call emergency support as needed
    • Willingness to take industry certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CEH, A+, N+
