Our top sales managers are making over 500K per year!

This is a high-energy fast-paced environment with a company culture second to none. We’re looking for the best of the best, ready to take on a challenge and maximize on this incredible opportunity!

As a Sales Manager at one of the fastest growing mortgage companies in the country (5 consecutive years on the Inc. 500|5000 list), your job will include developing and motivating a team of 10-20 Mortgage Bankers to ensure that both employee and company goals are achieved. Our Managers enjoy great compensation, an awesome support system, and the truly rewarding experience of helping others learn, grow, and succeed.

OUR CHOSEN CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

• Experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Funded over 100 loans per month
• Managed 10 or more Loan Officers
• Full-time (and weekend) availability
