    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Knowledge of review and audit of loan documents and file prior to funding, must be able to perform a complete thorough full audit for release of wire including but not limited to Initial and Final CD, Title, DU/LP. CPL, LE

    • Knowledge of the following Final 1003 review and addendums for FHA/VA loans; Final 92900, Final 26-1808, Short review of Appraisal, Flood Cert, Sales Contract on purchase loans
    • Closing instructions and Closing protection letter, Notes and Addendums, Deed of Trust and any applicable riders, Final Truth in Lending and Itemization
    • Ability to calculate APR tolerance and know if we are out of MDIA compliance
    • Knowledge and review of Right to Cancel, Insurance and CA Per diem Interest
    • Escrow documents – Grant deed/Interspousal, etc…, Deposit Receipt and Payoff demands
    • Knowledge of Termite report and clearance, Verify completeness and accuracy of signed loan documents, property insurance knowledge(amount of coverage, cost to rebuild, HO6
    • Cure deficiencies, Familiar with WET states
    • Draw loan documents – knowledge of DocMagic

     

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    3-5 years of current funding experience required

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    Customer service, clerical duties, audit and review, light reporting, data entry, scanning, faxing and email. Must be able to perform well under pressure and work in a fast paced environment. Ability to meet deadline and cut off times.
