RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Motivate and encourage a large team of Call Center Associates
• Meet company production requirements for transferred calls from your team
• Ensure quality call standards are met
• Run the dialer: monitor call volume, analyze data, and make adjustments
• Set proper expectations and prepare Associates for promotion to Mortgage Banker Trainees
• Perform other job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST DEMONSTRATE STRONG ENGLISH-SPEAKING SKILLS
• At least two years Call Center Management experience - sales call center, not just customer service.
• Positive attitude and ability to help inspire others
• Confident, with the ability to lead by example
• Self-motivated team player
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to properly prioritize
• Organized and efficient
• Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills
