ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and deliver loan files after closing for completeness and accuracy for investor delivery
- Review & obtain conditions to clear loans for purchase with investors in a timely matter
- Communicate between various departments, vendors, investors, and borrowers
- Review LE/CD to ensure accuracy and compliance with TRID
- Troubleshoot/problem solve loan files for purchasing
- Perform other job duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year mortgage experience in at least one of the following areas: Post Closing, Processing, and/or Underwriting of Conventional & Government Loans
- Knowledge of all loan types and agency guidelines
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Mathematical aptitude and the ability to analyze numbers for accuracy
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a high quality of customer service to all internal and external customers
- Ability to operate independently, analyze data, take and recommend appropriate actions with minimal supervision
