ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and deliver loan files after closing for completeness and accuracy for investor delivery
• Review & obtain conditions to clear loans for purchase with investors in a timely matter
• Communicate between various departments, vendors, investors, and borrowers
• Review LE/CD to ensure accuracy and compliance with TRID
• Troubleshoot/problem solve loan files for purchasing
• Perform other job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year mortgage experience in at least one of the following areas: Post Closing, Processing, and/or Underwriting of Conventional & Government Loans
• Knowledge of all loan types and agency guidelines
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Mathematical aptitude and the ability to analyze numbers for accuracy
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a high quality of customer service to all internal and external customers
• Ability to operate independently, analyze data, take and recommend appropriate actions with minimal supervision
