ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Auditing loan files and lock confirmations
• Review all loan documents for correct signatures, notary information, title reports, escrow instructions, etc. and to maintain compliance with federal, state (wet and dry) and agency guidelines
• Ensure underwriters have signed off on files prior to doc and/or prior to fund
• Audit initial application, disclosures and HMDA information for accuracy and completeness
• Input funding information into Encompass loan system
• Review CD settlement statement
• Prepare funding packages for warehouse lenders
• Set up wire for closing agent/title with funding department
• Initiate funding requests with warehouse banks and communicating final funding figures to escrow
• Confirm disbursements and balance loan files
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of recent experience funding mortgage loans and drawing loan documents
• Current FHA, VA and Conventional loan experience, both refinance and purchase
• Experience with multiple investors and warehouse lines
• Strong work ethic, takes initiative and is driven and flexible enough to adapt to an ever-changing business environment
• Experience establishing and implementing procedures and process improvements
• Excellent computer, time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Encompass360 loan system is a plus!
