The Messaging Center Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the flow and fulfillment of organizational program goals. 3-5 Years Experience in a Program Management position

Proven working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
Proven curriculum and training development knowledge
Experience running multiple large initiatives concurrently and prioritizing many competing tasks daily
Flexibility and adaptability, experience trying different approaches and adapting as you go based on the needs of your team / project
Roles and Responsibilities:
Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization as outlined by the executive director of programs.
Assist with the development of program curriculum changes to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Creating and managing long-term program goals.
Adhering to a budget and operating plan for all programs.
Maintaining an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Writing and maintaining monthly documentation of program services delivered
Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance as well as deadlines
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Analyzing program risks.
Working on strategy with the marketing team for program
Forge and maintain relations of trust with shareholders, partners and external authorities
Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
This is a contract position with employment expectation of 10 months.
