About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer. This role involves troubleshooting complex networking issues, supporting mission-critical infrastructure, and maintaining network stability across multiple programs.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, DSLAMs, and nano beam equipment

Monitor circuit performance and proactively resolve anomalies to prevent outages

Provide technical support for networking components used across various programs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

Maintain documentation and logs of network events and resolutions

Must-Have Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in network engineering

Bachelor’s Degree in Network Computer Science or a related field

Active Cisco certification(s) (CCNA, CCDA, or CCNP preferred)

Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-scale network environments

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Work Environment & Terms

Location: Huntsville, TX

Hybrid work model (On-Site and Telework); remote possible based on approval

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

Travel and lodging expenses, if applicable, are not reimbursed
