Adoni Networks, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, responsible individual to fill the role of Network Engineer in our La Crosse Office. The network engineer position is a field service role responsible for the ongoing maintenance and administration of small to medium-sized business client networks. Duties include regular site visits. Maintenance activities, project management, consulting activities, and desk-side support. Experience with Microsoft Windows Networks and Active Directory is required. Office 365, Gmail, Cisco, VMware, Apple, and Linux are a plus. Responsibilities: • Set up and maintain network systems, including switches, routers, and firewalls • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues • Monitor and analyze network performance and security • Install and configure software, hardware, and other equipment • Develop and implement best practices related to network infrastructure Qualifications: • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or Equivalent Job Experience • Microsoft Office Skills (Determined by an Assessment) • IT Support Experience • Knowledge of Windows OS in the workstation and server environment • Azure Knowledge is a benefit Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 yearly
