Responsibilities:

Perform technical analysis, network performance optimization, and integration of new devices (routers, switches, F5 load balancers).

Support ~12 projects/year, including troubleshooting communication failures and system optimization.

Develop SOPs and documentation for network changes.

Assist in Tier IV escalation and coordinate with external entities.

Ensure 90% project milestones AQL and <5% documentation rework.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience with Cisco, F5, and network design.

DoD 8570.01-M/8140 IA certification (e.g., CCNA Security, Security+).

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility (Tier 5 investigation, immediate SCI access).
