    Care.com is seeking a Network Fulfillment Representative who will support day-to-day fulfillment operations for our Care Benefits Enterprise teams. You will be responsible for reviewing new, pending, and fulfilled jobs to drive overall network fulfillment performance for both our child and adult product offerings

    This is a 4 month temp-to-perm opportunity, providing the chance to transition into a full-time role based on performance and organizational needs.

    What You'll Do:

    • Work closely with the Sr. Manager of Network Fulfillment to support day-to-day fulfillment across in-home child care, in-center care, camps, and adult backup care programs.
    • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Review and manage care requests across all stages of the fulfillment lifecycle to ensure timely and accurate completion.
    • Execute fulfillment activities in alignment with established processes, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality fulfillment experience.
    • Manage inbound and outbound provider communications via email, chat, and phone.
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of fulfillment activities and communications in company systems.
    • Ensure all actions are logged for visibility, reporting, and compliance.
    • Follow workflows and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2-3+ years experience in call center or related field
    • Familiarity with child care and/or adult care environments preferred.
    • Strong ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
    • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and meeting performance standards.

    Hourly Rate: $21/hr (non negotiable)

    The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
