Responsibilities:

Operate network management tools (Cisco Prime, Solarwinds, WhatsUp Gold, Cisco ISE) to monitor network performance and detect anomalies.

Initiate outage reporting within 10 min (95% AQL) and facilitate technical responses per SOPs.

Maintain and update SOPs for network monitoring and reporting.

Create documentation for installation, testing, and daily operations.

Support trouble tickets by ensuring proactive issue identification.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience with network monitoring tools (Cisco Prime, Solarwinds).

DoD 8570.01-M/8140 IA certification (e.g., Security+).

Attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure environments.

Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility (Tier 5 investigation, immediate SCI access).
