• Job Title: Network Operations Engineer (Infrastructure)
• End Client: Financial Services
• Working Location: New York / New Jersey (Hybrid)
• Employment Type: Permanent/Full time
• Salary: Up to $140K (DOE)

Position Overview:
Support and maintain critical network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, Cisco ACI, load balancers, firewalls, proxies, DNS systems, and associated monitoring tools in a financial services environment.

What will you do:

• Perform routine and advanced infrastructure network implementation, maintenance, and support
• Provide peer reviews for network implementations
• Analyze, isolate, and resolve network issues, including technical and operational problems
• Maintain network security and ensure compliance during infrastructure changes
• Monitor and support network systems including Cisco ACI, firewalls, proxies, load-balancers, and DNS

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience supporting computer networks in mission-critical environments
• Experience in fast-paced environments supporting market data and trading systems
• Vendor certifications or relevant training
• Basic scripting, automation, and OS admin (Linux/Windows) skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and testing abilities
