Responsibilities:
Lead network operations, managing tickets for network device management (Cisco routers, switches, F5 load balancers, ViaSAT, General Dynamics encryption devices).
Ensure AQLs: 85% outage resolution within 45 min for high-availability systems, 95% outage reporting within 10 min.
Oversee SME Tier III services, including network troubleshooting, add/move changes, and F5 load balancer maintenance.
Coordinate with external entities to resolve outages and meet SLAs.
Supervise Information Assurance (IA) compliance, including IAVA, STIGs, and POA&Ms.
Deliver monthly SOPs, AARs and POA&Ms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of network management experience in DoD environments.
Expertise in Cisco, F5, ViaSAT, and General Dynamics devices.
DoD 8570.01-M/8140 IA certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility (Tier 5 investigation, immediate SCI access).
