Role Summary This role oversees global hotel network environments to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing network services. The representative leads daily operations, configuration governance, and hardware/software lifecycle management for a global consulting organization. This position serves as a primary point of contact for hotel and corporate stakeholders, ensuring service transparency and operational excellence. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day global network operations, ensuring high availability and adherence to SOPs.

Lead incident and problem management activities to drive timely resolution and root cause elimination.

Oversee configuration management, network policy compliance, ACL reviews, and ITIL-aligned change processes.

Manage the lifecycle of network hardware/software, including upgrades, patches, vendor escalations, and compliance requirements (PCI/SOX).

Serve as a primary interface for hotel leadership and IT stakeholders for expectation management.

Support new hotel openings and network expansion, including deployments of WAN circuits and wireless systems.

Required Skills

12+ years in network operations/engineering within global or distributed environments.

10+ years of experience in Network Routing, Switching, Wireless, LAN, and Enterprise Network operations.

Active Certifications: CCNA and CCNP Routing and Switching.

Strong knowledge of WAN and enterprise monitoring tools.

Experience with ITIL processes and configuration/change governance.

Detailed Service Management skills to manage client delivery expectations.
